Executive Vice President and Strategy
Thierry Merlot is Executive Vice President and Strategy. Prior to this, Thierry Merlot was President, Aerospace – Europe, MEA/AP & Industrial. Thierry was working with Ciba-Geigy when the company merged with Hexcel in 1996 and has, over the years, held several sales positions for the company. Previously, Thierry spent about five years with Brochier as Aerospace Sales & Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Engineer, and about five years with Dassault Aviation as a composites quality engineer and R&D process engineer. Thierry has an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France.
